Sorry for Lack of updates Illness and plenty going on during closed season leading up to christmas time is a little lacking. However news in is as of Boxing day this website is moving to our new permanent home please bookmark this new address for future reference. Fixtures for the coming year are in the latter stages of finalising and off to printers ready for NEC Autosport show.
A Tyre decision has had to be made in regarding the tyre choices for next season as our current supplier DMACK had given us a date of 23/11/2015 to get our order in for next seasons's stock and if we miss that date then they won't be available until later in the season. After reading through the previous post regarding the tyre choices for 2016 a few driver's preferred the DMACK tyre but also the Kingpin tyre was also discussed as a possible cheaper option. So with this in mind we have made this decision based on drivers thought's and tyre cost'. As of 2016 only the Dmack Tyre is allowed on OSR at all sanctioned outlaw meetings (unless running with a another outlaw formula). Hopefully we will have satisfied all our driver's in listening to the views on the tyre situation and hope you will all support us in our decision.Outlaw Oval Racing Committee.
End of season grades have now been updated going up are 532 Red,645 Blue, 423 Yellow, Down is 601 to Blue.

The points have now been finalised and I would like to thank Paul Broderick of the Tyre Equipment Company for all his help this year. Next we are currently arranging Fixtures and we hope to have them out soon to help with your 2016 planning.

It has been confirmed this evening that the meeting for Trent Raceway scheduled for the 18th October has been cancelled for the Outlaws. This is in part due to the heavy damage received at Scunthorpe and a lack of repair time for people to make this weekend.
Sorry for lack of information been plenty going on, so with such a destructive weekend of racing we are now looking forward to our next meeting more info will appear tomorrow.
Well it has to be said Trent was a action packed meeting with every race having a close run to the finish line,Heat 1 was for Whites and Yellows Championship with 32 surviving a last lap lunge from 333, Heat 2 saw 333 get the win he deserved closely followed by 36,1 and 836. Final and it was that man 333 who took the win from 1 and 836. National was taken by 836, but there was a surprise addition for gn with Trent Raceway promoter taking the 36 car out for a race to which he done very well and throughly enjoyed himself.
This weekend sees the Whites and yellows championship take place at Trent raceway 12pm start, This is only open to white and yellow graders in the current grading period so we would be grateful if you could book in to help us.
11th of October at Brampton Raceway is a fund racing event for Blake, a child with cerebral palsy who is mad on stock car racing, Blake needs a special bike to help strengthen his legs that wont be funded by nhs. Unfortunately last night at Scunthorpe 15th August one of our drivers Marcus Retchless was hurt during heat 3 which subsequently ended the meeting early as Ambulance, Fire crew and Air Ambulance were called to assist in getting the driver the care he needed.
I would just like to announce that after speaking with Marcus this morning that he's fine and back home and in good spirits just has a very sore back.
Marcus and his daughter Jess would like to thank everyone for their concerns last night and well wishes and we hope to see them at our Semi Final Meeting weekend on the 30th & 31st of August at Brampton Raceway
To dispel any rumours there will be 2 drivers tyre testing this weekend and have approval to do so by the commitee as we look forward to next year. If you have a tyre that can be attained by all drivers and wish to test please contact commitee members for approval.
Bookings are looking good so far for Scunthorpe this weekend with a few more to confirm we could be going 2/3rds which is excellent news. Please also note a few Fixture amendments we have decided to cancel the 6th September to give everyone plenty of time to fix cars for World Final night on the 12th sept however to compensate this a extra meeting is confirmed at Trent Raceway on 4th October which also has a prize fund for top 3 of each grade with also a possibility of the 18th also this is to be confirmed
Bookings are healthy for our next meeting at Scunthorpe which also is last chance to grab some points ahead of the semi's and with some notable absentees from list will be a chance to gain valuable track time ahead of World Final on 12th September.

Brampton was a case of new kid on the block. Heat 1 was taken by Mark Wareham (601) who seems to love the rough and ready nature of track Heat 2 was that man Daz Kitson (732) after a close battle with Chris Worrall (863) Final time and the old or maybe new master of brampton had a comfortable drive and won was Johnny Hall add to the fact he got 2nd in heat 2 the old/revitalised man from derby enjoy his first time at track, he was followed home by D.kitson (732) and 3rd was David Bale (555).
A very hectic night of racing at Eddie Wright Raceway saw Paul Broatch (725) take a wet heat 1, Heat 2 and it was swaffham driver Daniel Pooley (32) take the win comfortable, Heat 3 and Daniel tried to win again in the 2/3rds format however this came to a end when he ended up on his roof, The win was taken by a very quick Daz Kitson (732) Come final time and once again Daniel proved to show a clean pair of heels to rest with a comfortable win 2nd was P.Broatch and 3rd D. Kitson
